Edie & Asta Returns Policy

At Edie & Asta, we take great care in packing your order so it arrives safely. But we know things don’t always go to plan. If your order arrives damaged or is not what you expected, we’re here to help.


Returns – Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

  • We happily refund or replace any product that:

    • arrives damaged in transit, or

    • doesn’t match the description of what you ordered.

  • To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and proof of purchase provided.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If damage occurs, please contact us here within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • photos of the parcel and packaging (including how the items were packed), and

  • photos of the damaged item(s).

Please keep all packaging until we advise otherwise, as the postal service requires this evidence to process claims. Without it, refunds may not be possible.

You may be provided with a return address. Damaged goods must be sent back within 14 days of purchase, in their original condition, to be eligible for a refund or replacement.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to finalise the transaction.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us here.


Unclaimed Orders

If your order is returned to us as unclaimed, we will refund the order amount minus shipping costs (including the original postage and any return fees charged to us). Refunds will only be processed once we have received and inspected the returned items.


Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you’d like an exchange for the same item, please email us here.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee (or flat rate, if free shipping applied) and any return shipping costs will be deducted.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
