Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Section 5B – Promotions, Discounts and Sale T&Cs

Promotions are only offered for a limited time as advertised. Edie & Asta reserves the right to cancel any promotion at any time.
Promotions and discounts are not valid for cash, cannot be transferred, and cannot be used retrospectively.
Discount codes must be entered at checkout. Free shipping minimums apply after discounts are applied. Minimums do not include shipping.
From time to time we may run additional promotions with their own specific terms.

Section 5C – Pre-Orders

Pre-orders will be shipped as one order when the pre-order item arrives. Orders cannot be split. If you require in-stock items earlier, please place a separate order.

Section 6 – Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel orders at our discretion, including those placed under the same account, credit card, billing or shipping address.
If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may notify you via email or phone.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information, and promptly update it so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

• Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

• By entering, you agree businesses involved may contact you afterwards. You can unsubscribe at any time.
